Procurement Administrator Opportunity

Elevation Recruitment Group is pleased to be working with a leading Doncaster-based manufacturing business to recruit a highly organised and detail-oriented Procurement Administrator. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services
  • Collaborate with project managers and other departments to align procurement activities with project timelines and manage inventory levels
  • Identify and mitigate procurement-related risks, while staying updated on market trends that may impact decisions
  • Manage project budgets for procurement activities, identify cost-saving opportunities, and monitor budget variances
  • Prepare and issue purchase orders, manage delivery schedules, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a busy administrative role, preferably in procurement or a related field
  • Highly organised and able to prioritise workload, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy, with the ability to maintain accurate records and reports
