About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Building Management Systems (BMS) Design Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for designing and coordinating BMS controls on projects across various sectors, including commercial, mission-critical, and residential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and coordinate BMS designs on projects, ensuring they meet client briefs and technical requirements.
  • Manage project resources, including personnel and budgets, to deliver projects on time and within scope.
  • Liaise with design teams to produce coordinated designs that meet technical standards and quality expectations.
  • Implement and manage quality assurance systems and procedures on all projects.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree-level qualification in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 5 years' experience in designing BMS systems, preferably in the commercial, mission-critical, and residential sectors.
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex BMS issues.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
