Role Overview:
The Partnerships Manager will play a key role in driving growth at Vending Sense by developing and managing strategic partnerships with Facilities Management companies, Caterers, and Office Fit-Out companies. This hybrid role combines business development and account management, focusing on selling through partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively identify, target, and onboard new channel partners, particularly within the Facilities Management, Catering, and Office Fit-Out sectors.
  • Provide partners with the necessary tools, training materials, and marketing collateral to help them succeed in selling our solutions.
  • Conduct regular training refreshers and product updates to keep partners informed and motivated.
  • Support partners in identifying new business opportunities and closing deals, offering advice and guidance throughout the sales process.
  • Monitor and report on partner performance, ensuring revenue targets are met and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, and operations) to create strategic plans for each partner, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
  • Develop co-branded marketing campaigns and joint initiatives with partners to drive demand and enhance brand visibility.
  • Provide insights and feedback from partners to help shape product development and improve service offerings.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and contracts with partners, ensuring mutual benefit.
  • Track and analyse sales data to optimise performance and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a business development or account management role, preferably in the Facilities Management, Catering, or Office Fit-Out sectors.
  • Strong network and relationships within B2B sectors, with a track record of managing and growing channel partnerships.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales and training plans.
  • Ability to travel to meet with partners and attend industry events as needed.
