Vehicle Care Specialist

About the Role:
As a Vehicle Care Specialist at Steer Automotive Group, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional results in vehicle cleaning and preparation. Your attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction will ensure that vehicles are returned to customers in perfect condition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Vehicle Cleaning: Perform thorough cleaning of vehicle interiors and exteriors, including vacuuming, washing, waxing, and polishing.
- Valeting: Complete both mini and full valets, ensuring vehicles are returned to customers in perfect condition.
- Vehicle Inspection: Check for any damages or issues and report them promptly to the appropriate team members.
- Customer Vehicle Transport: Assist with collecting and delivering vehicles, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Safety Compliance: Follow legal and safety regulations, including the Road Traffic Act, while maintaining company service standards.
- Workplace Management: Keep the workspace clean and adhere to health and safety procedures at all times.

- Hold a valid driver's license (ideally clean) and be over 21 for insurance purposes.
