Job Title: Children Residential Support Worker

Vetro Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Children Residential Support Worker to join our team in Cardiff. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to vulnerable children and young people.

About the Role:
  • Provide emotional and practical support to children and young people in a residential setting
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with young people, promoting their independence and well-being
  • Support children and young people in their daily activities, interests, and hobbies
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the safety and well-being of young people
  • Participate in weekend and evening activities to support children and young people in their interests
Requirements:
  • At least 6 months experience of working with children or in a similar social care setting
  • Valid UK driving license
  • Hold a current Enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain one
  • The right to work in the UK
