Fundraising Strategist

About the Role: We are delighted to be working with The Rainbow Children's Trust in Surrey, supporting families who have a child with a life-threatening or terminal illness. As a Fundraising Strategist, you will play a key role in driving the growth of our philanthropic program, securing significant funding to support our mission.

Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement strategic plans to drive income growth from major donors, trusts, and statutory bodies. You will cultivate and steward relationships with existing and potential major donors, managing a portfolio of existing supporters and new prospects, identifying opportunities for major gifts.

This role requires a poised, confident, and convincing communicator with strong negotiation, presentation, and networking skills. You will work collaboratively as part of a team, stimulating others into action, while maintaining a helpful and supportive approach.
