We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Mental Health Professional - Complex Needs Specialist at South West London and St George's Mental Health NHS Trust.

About the Role

As a key member of our integrated recovery hub, you will be responsible for delivering care coordination and supporting structured clinical management within our community setting. You will work closely with our Clinical Psychologist to develop and maintain the necessary skills for working with clients with complex emotional needs.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality care for individuals with mental health issues. As a specialist in complex needs, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive assessments, risk management, and crisis intervention services.

Key Responsibilities
  • To implement plans for formal psychological treatment and/or management of patients' mental health problems using SCM.
  • To participate in clinical and managerial supervision.
  • To manage a defined caseload designed to meet the individual needs of clients and carers.
Requirements
  • Current professional registration (Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Social Worker, Clinical/ Counselling Psychologist) OR Clinical Associate Psychologist OR undergraduate degree plus post-graduate practitioner diploma in psycho-social interventions or a related field.
  • Experience of reflective practice and evidence-based interventions for complex emotional needs.
