Head of Trading Opportunity

Aston Charles Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Trading to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving performance and productivity, while maintaining technical excellence and delivering profitability.

You will work closely with our Broker Sales management team to define and drive sales activity, leveraging your expertise to drive operational efficiency, insightful data analysis, and excellence in service delivery.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a team of trading professionals to deliver exceptional results
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency and data analysis
  • Collaborating with internal and external partners to drive business growth

You will have a deep understanding of project management techniques, data analysis, and people management.
