ABC Teachers are looking for a highly skilled SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team at a primary school in Coventry. As a Special Needs Teaching Assistant Lead, you will play a key role in supporting the teacher and providing interventions tailored to meet the needs of a pupil requiring additional support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To work one-to-one with a pupil, assisting them in classrooms and providing targeted support to help them reach their full potential.
  • To help manage challenging situations and enable teachers to conduct lessons successfully.

In order to succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong interpersonal skills and be able to build effective relationships with pupils, parents and staff. Previous experience working within education or a similar environment is also essential.

This role requires a high level of flexibility and adaptability, as you will need to respond to changing circumstances and priorities.

We offer a rewarding salary package including £29,200 - £37,000 per annum, paid weekly by our in-house Payroll team using the Pay as You Earn (PAYE) system, as well as pension contributions and access to FREE training to enhance your professional development.
