SEND Teacher Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SEND teacher to join our dedicated team at a vibrant and supportive SEND school in Coventry.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled SEN teacher looking for a new challenge. The school caters to students with Autism and complex needs, providing a unique and rewarding environment for the right candidate.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching and supporting students with special educational needs, using a range of strategies to maintain good behaviour management.

To develop and implement lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students, working closely with colleagues to ensure the best possible outcomes for students.

Job Requirements
  • QTS, PGCE or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience working in a UK school.
  • Up-to-date Safeguarding training (or willingness to obtain).
Contract Details
  • A competitive daily rate of £120 per day.
  • Full-time position available, 8:15 am - 4 pm hours.
  • Location: Coventry.

Please note that you must be eligible to work in the UK and hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application.
