Job Title: Head of Strategy and Insight

Zinc Network is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Research and Strategy team. As the Head of Strategy and Insight, you will be responsible for designing and implementing effective strategies that drive meaningful and measurable impact for our projects and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans that align with the organisation's goals and objectives
  • Lead a team of strategists and researchers to design and deliver projects and campaigns that drive behaviour change
  • Oversee the development of research products and ensure they are actionable and insightful
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure research is integrated into business operations
  • Codify research and strategy offerings to ensure consistency and quality
  • Support business development by developing compelling proposals and supporting project managers
  • Represent Zinc Network at high-level meetings with clients and project partners

Requirements:

  • At least 8 years' combined experience in strategy, including experience in behavioural science, human-centred design, and campaigning
  • 4+ years management experience
  • Experience working at an agency or organisation focusing on behaviour change campaigns and social marketing
  • Strong understanding of different research methodologies and change techniques
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Demonstrated interest in international affairs and development
