Job Title: Head of Strategy and Insight

Zinc Network is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Research and Strategy team. As Head of Strategy and Insight, you will be responsible for designing and delivering projects, campaigns, and advocacy efforts that drive meaningful and measurable impact.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in strategy, behavioural science, and human-centred design, with experience in leading teams and managing projects. You will be responsible for providing insight into the communities and contexts we operate in, identifying audiences and understanding their drivers of behaviour, and designing projects and campaigns that deliver impactful results.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing effective strategies for our projects and campaigns
  • Leading the Research and Strategy team to deliver high-quality research and analysis
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure our research is actionable and informs business decisions
  • Representing Zinc Network at high-level meetings with clients and project partners

Requirements

We are seeking a candidate with:

  • At least 8 years' experience in strategy, behavioural science, and human-centred design
  • 4+ years' experience in management and leadership
  • Experience working in international development and behaviour change campaigns
  • Strong understanding of research methodologies and change techniques
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
