Visitor Engagement Officer

We are seeking a friendly and outgoing Visitor Engagement Officer to join our team at Cannock Chase. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in shaping the visitor experience and helping us achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the visitor engagement assistant and volunteers, including work rotas and ensuring a high-quality visitor experience.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of visitor engagement strategies, including managing health and safety and building checks.
  • Provide excellent customer service and engage with visitors to promote our facilities and services.
  • Manage cash handling and financial reporting, including basic financial management and sales.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve our objectives and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.
