About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and qualified Children and Young People Team Leader to join our team in one of our client's children's residential homes. The referrals are deemed to be low to medium risk.

This role specialises in supporting Children and Young People who have suffered early life trauma, neglect, or abuse and may display challenging behaviours.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure that all risks are safely managed in line with company policies and procedures
  • Review the young people's care plans and other associated documentation
  • Must have a full manual driving licence
  • Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare or equivalent
  • Willingness to participate in further continuing professional development to support the needs of our young people
  • Clear passion and desire to support children and young people
