We are Meallmore Ltd., a care home in Inverclyde seeking a dedicated Senior Care Assistant to provide exceptional care to our residents.

About the Job
  • This role involves collaborating with our team of Registered Nurses and Team Leaders to deliver person-centred care.
  • You will be responsible for maintaining a safe and compliant work environment, adhering to our policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. You will employ a holistic approach to meet the needs of our residents, working closely with various departments within the care service.
  2. You will contribute to our team's collaborative efforts, working together to achieve our goals.
  3. You will perform personal care duties as required.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience as a care assistant or support worker is essential.
  • A SVQ level 3 or above/equivalent in Social Services and Healthcare (SSSC guidelines) is desirable.
  • A PDA/Equivalent in Supervision is highly valued.
