About The Social PR

The Social PR is a creative agency that revolutionizes PR through experiential marketing and talent management. We're a dynamic team looking for an experienced Operations Manager to refine and develop our operational processes, supporting our growing PR and Talent teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide efficient support to the PR and Talent teams, ensuring timely completion of projects and tasks to the highest standard.
  • Maintain an organized and productive workflow across the business.
  • Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to foster a strong, positive company culture, ensuring team members feel supported, valued, and motivated.
  • Contribute to shaping account strategies and lead key projects from initial planning to final execution.
  • Optimize team structure and operational planning to ensure efficient resource allocation and process optimization.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to the senior leadership team, driving strategic decision-making.
  • Support the development and implementation of the overarching business growth strategy.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in operations, preferably within a PR, media, or talent management environment.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to oversee budgets and drive profitability.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused attitude with the ability to lead projects from start to finish.
