Maintenance Operations Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Operations Specialist to join our team at Stirling Warrington's Nuneaton facility. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production machinery.

About the Role
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical and mechanical maintenance, with experience working on food production equipment. You will be responsible for performing planned and reactive maintenance tasks, including troubleshooting and repair of complex systems. Your excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, lubrication, and adjustment of equipment
- Identify and troubleshoot issues with production machinery, implementing corrective actions as needed
- Collaborate with other maintenance engineers to ensure efficient completion of tasks
- Participate in shift handovers and communicate effectively with colleagues

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical principles
- Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Physically fit, with ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
