Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage inbound and outbound orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of art pieces.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner.
  3. Collaborate with drivers to optimize routes and ensure efficient delivery of art pieces.
  4. Assist with the management of inventory, tracking and maintaining accurate records of art pieces in transit.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, drivers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless logistics operations.

Work Schedule
