Key Responsibilities- Lead practice development and contribute to the delivery of our services, facilitating group interventions and working with individuals to improve their functioning.
- Work collaboratively with the clinical and leadership structure to support the team and promote excellence in occupational therapy practice.
- Develop and maintain knowledge and application of the Model of Human Occupation and other specialist assessments.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, patients, and families to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Work flexibly to provide service delivery needs across the county, including attending weekly MDT meetings and participating in professional meetings.
