Are you passionate about creating positive social impact and driving community engagement? Signet Recruitment and Retention is seeking a talented Social Value Advisor to join our team in West Byfleet.

About the Role

We're looking for a skilled professional who can develop and execute social value strategies, ensuring alignment with our organization's overall CSR and ESG objectives. As a Social Value Advisor, you'll work closely with our operations team and stakeholders to establish measurable goals for performance and monitor progress.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute social value strategies to drive positive impact and community engagement
  2. Ensure alignment with our organization's CSR and ESG objectives
  3. Establish measurable goals for performance and monitor progress
  4. Collaborate with sales and marketing to enhance offerings to new clients
  5. Build relationships with local communities, government agencies, clients, and business partners
  6. Attend events with clients and serve as our company's social value champion
  7. Track, measure, and report on the impact of initiatives using recognized frameworks
  8. Ensure compliance with relevant legislation
  9. Lead training and awareness initiatives on social value across the organization and external partners
What We Offer

A competitive salary of £35K-£40K, plus a £4K car allowance, and hybrid working arrangements. If you're passionate about social value and community development, and have a strong understanding of recognized frameworks, we'd love to hear from you.

About You

We're looking for someone with:

  • Familiarity with social value frameworks
  • Ideal experience in social housing, construction, public sector, or FM
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for social value and community development
  • A full UK driving license
