Signet Recruitment and Retention is partnering with a forward-thinking organization in the social housing sector to find a skilled Social Value Advisor based in West Byfleet.

This exciting opportunity allows you to break into the social value industry and make a meaningful difference in a dynamic company.

The ideal candidate will not only be passionate about social value but also have a solid understanding of recognized frameworks, such as National TOMs.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute social value strategies in collaboration with the operations team and stakeholders.
  • Ensure alignment with the organization's overall CSR and ESG objectives.
  • Establish measurable goals for performance and monitor progress.
  • Work with sales and marketing to enhance offerings to new clients.
  • Build relationships with local communities, government agencies, clients, and business partners.
  • Attend events with clients and serve as the company's social value champion.
  • Track, measure, and report on the impact of initiatives using recognized frameworks.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Lead training and awareness programs on social value across the organization and external partners.
About You:
  • Familiarity with social value frameworks.
  • Ideal experience in social housing, construction, public sector, or FM.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for social value and community development.
  • Full UK driving license.

Salary: £35K-£40K + £4K car allowance (+ all travel expenses) + hybrid working
