About the Job
We are looking for a talented individual who can effectively manage all aspects of our hotels, including financial performance, team management, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as a strong understanding of the hospitality industry.
Responsibilities
As a Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for:
• Managing the daily operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage services
• Leading a team of employees to ensure exceptional customer service and high levels of employee engagement
• Maintaining accurate financial records and managing budgets to achieve business targets
• Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer experiences
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• A degree in Hospitality or a related field
• Proven experience in hotel management, preferably in a senior leadership position
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
