About the Role
We are seeking a passionate leader to join our Buffets Department as a Venue Manager at our Skegness Resort. This is an exciting opportunity to help our guests create unforgettable experiences by providing exceptional dining services.
This role involves split shifts with our breakfast and evening dining times. As a Venue Manager, you will be responsible for developing people, driving standards, and leading the team to excellence while adhering to brand standards and Butlin's way of working.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in hospitality, such as a busy restaurant, bar or retail environment where speed and quality are crucial. They should be passionate about leading and developing a team, supporting people through regular 121s and coaching, and delivering an amazing experience to our guests.
As a key member of our team, you will enjoy the buzz of a busy environment, drive consistency in brand standards, and operate efficiently in everything you do. You will also analyze KPIs and stock control systems to maximize gross profit margins and adhere to food safety and health & safety policies.
About You
We are looking for an individual who is passionate about leading by example, inspiring others to deliver exceptional experiences, and advocating for their team's fulfillment at work. The salary for this role is estimated to be around £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
