About the Role

As an Independent Living Assistant, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients. We are looking for someone who is caring, friendly, and reliable to join our team as a Home Care Assistant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit clients regularly and provide support according to their care plans and wishes.
  • Provide emotional support and foster companionship with clients, promoting a sense of wellbeing.
  • Assist clients with daily tasks, such as meal preparation and household chores.
  • Maintain clients' dignity while assisting with personal care tasks.
  • Accompany clients on outings to places of their choice, such as local shops or cafes.

Requirements:

  • No prior experience is required; comprehensive training is provided.
  • Must be reliable and punctual to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Caring and friendly disposition essential for building lasting relationships.
  • Valid driving licence and dependable transport required.
  • UK residency is essential, and we cannot provide working visas.
  • Good working flexibility, including alternate weekends, is necessary.

  • Earn £13.40 - 14.40 per hour (doubled on bank holidays) plus mileage reimbursement.
