Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant - Level 2

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at a local SEN school. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with special educational needs and helping them to reach their full potential.

About the Role:
  • Work on a 1:1 basis and in small groups with pupils to provide individualized support and guidance.
  • Provide feedback to teachers on students' progress and development.
  • Supervise and monitor behavior, creating a secure and positive classroom environment.
  • Follow individual learning plans set by the teacher.
Requirements:
  • GCSE Maths and English at Grade C or above.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
  • A passion for working with SEN children and building positive relationships.
