Job Description:

As a Mental Health Assistant with The Richmond Fellowship Scotland, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with mental health issues to lead fulfilling lives. You will work closely with service users, developing personalized support plans that promote independence, confidence, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide emotional support and guidance to service users, promoting positive mental health outcomes.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as household chores and personal care.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective support plans.
