Patient Liaison Team Member

We are seeking a passionate individual to join our team at Pharmacierge, a pioneering private pharmacy that combines innovative e-prescribing apps with convenient medication home delivery. Our cutting-edge approach has earned us a reputation as a trusted partner for clinicians across the UK.
As a Patient Liaison Team Member, you will be part of a dynamic team that prioritizes exceptional patient care. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality communication to patients, providing support and guidance to ensure their needs are met. Your role will involve working closely with Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians, Dispensers, and other healthcare professionals to provide a seamless patient experience.
We are looking for a confident, proactive individual with a high standard of written and spoken English, excellent attention to detail, and strong time management skills. Experience in a pharmacy or healthcare environment is essential, and you will be expected to work effectively in a busy team setting. - Experience of working in a pharmacy/healthcare environment
