Patient Liaison Admissions Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Patient Liaison Admissions Officer to join our Customer Services team at The London Clinic. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in guiding patients through the admission process, ensuring seamless communication and administrative support throughout their journey.
Key Responsibilities:- Guide patients through the admission process, gathering relevant personal and financial information through pre-admission screening checks.
- Provide continuous administrative support to patients, including PMI and self-funding patients, while delivering high-quality customer service.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information on the hospital database applications during the patient journey.
- Ensure self-pay agreements for each visit are signed and scanned to the patient booking file and action financial transactions to maximise revenue capture and reduce any financial risk.
- Maintain close liaison with patients, Consultant Secretary, Ward, Clinical Site Teams, and Medical Insurance Companies for extended stay patients, facilitating medical reports/PMI extensions as necessary.
- Strong IT skills, and experience with Microsoft Office package.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
