We are seeking a highly skilled Carbon and Net Zero Manager to join our team at Build Space Group Ltd. As a key member of our sustainability team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our organisation meets its commitments to Net Zero projects for our clients and our own strategic Decarbonisation and Net Zero goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement Decarbonisation/Net Zero strategies and routemaps to deliver our sustainability strategy.
- Provide energy and carbon data in line with corporate reporting requirements, including calculation and reporting of Scope 1, 2 & 3 carbon emissions.
- Work closely with the Procurement team to advise on new opportunities to decarbonise within our supply chain.
- Ensure reporting of energy performance in line with governance, legislative requirements, and commitments.
- A degree (or equivalent) in an Environment & Sustainability related discipline.
- Experience with Life Cycle Analysis Software and producing WLCA Stage 4 and Stage 6 Reports (Preferably One Click LCA).
- Ability to undertake project planning, project management, and work to budgets.
