Responsibilities:

    • Schedule appointments and maintain accurate records, communicating effectively with clients and staff.
    • Manage phone inquiries, providing information on services and pricing while offering personalized advice.
  • Hair Styling Services:
    • Provide high-quality hair styling services based on client requests and current trends, utilizing your expertise and creativity.
    • Offer consultations to clients, discussing suitable styles, treatments, and aftercare to ensure they achieve their desired look.
    • Ensure hygiene and safety standards are met in the styling area, adhering to industry regulations and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Experience in customer service and hairstyling, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
