As part of their growth strategy, they are expanding their corporate sales team and seeking an experienced and driven Head of Corporate Sales Ops to lead their efforts in acquiring and managing key corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth within the corporate sector.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the corporate sales team to meet and exceed performance goals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building a robust pipeline of prospective corporate clients.
- Manage relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity, adapting sales strategies as needed.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
- Proven experience as Head of Corporate Sales, or in a senior sales leadership role ideally within a retail or FMCG business.
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in a corporate sales environment.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyse market data and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of the corporate sales landscape.
- Relevant degree or professional qualification in sales, business, or related field is preferred.
