At New Directions Education Ltd, we're seeking dedicated individuals to fill the role of SEND Teaching Assistant in Sittingbourne. This is a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children who need extra support.

The successful candidate will provide one-on-one or small group support to students with a range of SEND, including autism, ADHD, and learning difficulties. They will assist the class teacher in creating an inclusive learning environment where every child can succeed.

This role requires patience, empathy, and the ability to build strong relationships with students. Experience in a school or care setting is preferred, but we welcome candidates who are eager to learn. An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one) is also required.
