New Directions Holding is committed to providing excellent educational services to students with special educational needs. As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting these students to reach their full potential.

Your key responsibilities will include adapting learning materials to meet individual student needs, assisting the class teacher in creating an inclusive learning environment, and providing one-on-one or small group support to students with a range of SEND.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a passion for working with children with special educational needs, patience, empathy, and the ability to build strong relationships with students. We require an enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one) and prefer experience in a school or care setting.
