Job Description:

This role involves working on a variety of residential property projects, including building surveys, defect inspections, and preparing specifications for repair and refurbishment contracts.

  • Assist with inspections and write detailed reports.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to prepare specifications for repair and refurbishment contracts.
  • Assess License to Alter applications.
  • Develop planned preventative maintenance plans.
  • Conduct thorough building reinstatement cost assessments.
  • Carry out defect inspections.
  • Compile CDM information.
  • Coordinate tasks and perform other duties as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience working within consultancy.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
  • Clean driving licence.
