Residential Children's Services Deputy Manager

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at Headway Adolescent Resources.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Lead and manage a team of Team Leaders and Residential Support Workers
* Ensure the delivery of high-quality care and support to young people
* Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the smooth running of the service
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure the overall success of the organization
