About the Role

As a Diving Manager at Boskalis, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and maintenance of all diving-related operations and supporting activities. This includes ensuring that BSS diving operations are carried out in accordance with BSS procedures, comply with relevant legislation and guidance, and capture any changes in legislation, guidance, and industry best practice.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have the following key responsibilities:

  • Management of Diving Management System
  • BSS Diving Operational procedures/processes are fully complied with, regularly reviewed and updated
  • BSS Dive Teams are fully supported and ensure BSS Diving Emergency Response Plans are in place and fit for purpose
  • BSS Accidents or Incidents are correctly investigated and Closed Out
  • Ensure Diving Operational clarity on areas/subjects that are not clear in the existing documentation, ensure that BSS Diving Personnel are suitably qualified and experienced with verified certification and represent BSS on Industry Bodies and Committees
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Minimum 10 years Diving Operational Experience
  • Minimum 10 years Saturation Diving and Surface Orientated Diving Experience
  • Minimum 5 years working in Management or Supervisory Positions
  • Working knowledge of Diving regulations, industry guidance and best practices
  • Evidenced management qualification or experience
