About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Diving Operations Lead to join our team at Boskalis Subsea Services. As a key member of our Project Services division, you will provide operational guidance to our project teams on diving operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, company procedures, industry guidelines, and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory standards, company procedures, industry guidelines, and client requirements.
  • Participate in audits of the diving management system, diving systems, and procedures.
  • Contribute to the BSS risk assessment process.
  • Provide expert advice on the safe implementation of barriers and isolations.
  • Conduct offshore diving quality assurance reviews as required.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in offshore diving operations.
  • Recognized commercial saturation diving qualifications and qualifications in a relevant engineering or operational discipline (degree level preferred).
  • Offshore Survival/BOSIET/FOET with CA-EBS, MIST, and OGUK Medical.
  • Membership of a relevant professional body (e.g. IMechE) and/or relevant H&S qualification (e.g. IOSH, NEBOSH).
  • Familiarity with diving regulatory standards (e.g. UK HSE), industry guidelines (e.g. IMCA), and industry standards (e.g. IOGP).
  • Competence in underwater operations, subsea operations, and engineering.
