As an Associate up to Associate Partner, you will play a key role in delivering our Corporate Real Estate and non-operational Property Management offering to our corporate clients.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on national and regional portfolios across various sectors, including water, aggregates, energy, and development. You will be responsible for advising clients on a wide range of General Practice matters, including Landlord & Tenant, Purchase & Sale, Valuation, and Compensation work.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage the delivery of Corporate Real Estate within our Property Management & Consultancy Division
  • Work on portfolios for several large corporate clients across the UK
  • Provide Lease Advisory work, including new lettings, lease renewals, and rent reviews of agricultural, commercial, and residential properties
  • Offer Rural Consultancy advice to corporate and private clients
  • Advise clients on General Practice matters, including Landlord & Tenant, Purchase & Sale, Valuation, and Compensation work
  • Train and mentor junior staff, including preparation for APC and CAAV examinations and career progression
