  • Maintain accurate records of resident care and communicate effectively with families and healthcare professionals.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrate empathy and compassion when interacting with residents.
  • Show self-motivation, resilience, and organisational skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Be flexible and adaptable to meet the changing needs of residents and the household.
  • Possess excellent communication and written skills.
