Role: Senior Product Design Lead

As a Senior Product Design Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our digital platforms. You'll be responsible for defining and driving the evolution of our products, ensuring they remain relevant, innovative, and user-centric.

Responsibilities
  • Design Strategy: Collaborate with stakeholders to define the strategic direction for our digital platforms. This includes evaluating current functionality, value proposition, and integration within the broader product ecosystem.
  • Product Design Expertise: Lead the design process, conceptualizing and iterating on designs based on research insights, data analysis, and user feedback.
  • Measurement-Driven Approach: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and value of design initiatives. Analyze data to demonstrate the ROI of design decisions.
  • Research & User Understanding: Conduct both quantitative and qualitative research to deeply understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points. Leverage research findings to inform design solutions.
Qualifications
  • Exceptional UI/UX design skills, including experience with responsive, adaptive, and accessible design principles.
  • Strong research capabilities in both generative and evaluative research methodologies (quantitative and qualitative, declared and observed).
  • A data-driven mindset with a focus on measuring the value and impact of design decisions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate complex design concepts effectively through compelling storytelling.
  • A proven track record of challenging existing paradigms and proposing innovative solutions that deliver higher value.
  • A collaborative spirit with a passion for working cross-functionally with diverse teams.
  • Experience in co-creation processes across various functional areas.
