Job Title: Senior React Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior React Developer to lead our frontend development team at VDart Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge frontend solutions using React and other modern JavaScript libraries and frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Frontend Development: Develop new user-facing features using React and other modern JavaScript libraries and frameworks, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design and product, to define and ship new features, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Performance Optimization: Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in web development, applying this knowledge to improve our frontend solutions.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 9 years of experience in frontend development with a strong focus on React.
  • Skills: Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects in an agile environment, extensive experience with e-commerce platforms and applications, proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and related web technologies, solid understanding of state management libraries such as Redux or MobX, experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling, familiarity with modern authentication and authorization mechanisms such as JWT, strong problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
