Video and Digital Producer

We're seeking a talented Video and Digital Producer to join our Marketing team, driving the creation and execution of high-quality video content that showcases our brand and resonates with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive video strategy, aligning with Matillion's marketing goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce engaging video content, including brand videos, product demos, thought leadership pieces, and event marketing materials.
  • Oversee the production process, from concept to delivery, ensuring timely and budget-friendly execution.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand video needs and develop strategies to meet those needs.
  • Establish and maintain video guidelines for internal and external use, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Coordinate the recording and editing of videos for various marketing activities, including customer testimonials, sales enablement, and product launches.
  • Evaluate and recommend video management and curation tools to optimize our online presence.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in video production, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills and creativity.
  • Excellent understanding of brand identity and its application in video content.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere and AfterEffects.
  • Experience with video integration into websites, blogs, and sales enablement tools.
  • Strong strategic thinking and creative skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
