About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Evans Halshaw. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving Finance and Insurance opportunities while focusing on achieving outstanding customer relationships and a 5-star CSI performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive your sales team to optimise every Finance and Insurance opportunity that comes into the business
  • Establish the wants and needs of the customer while building a rapport that will retain them to the brand and the business
  • Work under pressure, establishing targets and monitoring performance against budget
  • Regular feedback to your team, looking at performance, targets and coaching to develop them
