Job Summary:

To deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business success through excellent customer interaction and process execution; demonstrating flexibility to meet the needs of customers and the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively seek out opportunities to continuously improve store operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
  • Provide expert product knowledge and advice to customers, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on food and drink trends.
  • Ensure the store floor is well-maintained, ready for customer arrival.
  • Handle customer transactions, including cash and card payments, according to set procedures.
  • Support the wider team as required, working in various areas of the store.
  • Maintain business dress and hygiene standards.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and card transactions.
