Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Supermarket Assistant. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and contributing to a positive and efficient store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including food and drink trends, to effectively advise and assist customers.
  • Contribute to a positive and efficient store environment, ensuring the shop floor is well-organized and ready for customers.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of customer service.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
