About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and forward-thinking Respiratory Specialist Nurse to join our award-winning and dynamic specialist respiratory team. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop your chronic respiratory disease management skills and work with patients on a variety of pathways, including Pulmonary Rehabilitation, oxygen therapy, and Supported Discharge and Admission Avoidance.
Main Responsibilities
This role involves working predominantly in the Southwest Hants locality, with occasional cover to other localities. You will see patients in clinic locations, in their homes, and via remote working. You will be provided with all necessary equipment and receive peer and leadership support to assist you in your role.
Requirements

- Relevant professional qualification
