About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Trading Manager to join our team at END. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing e-commerce strategies to drive sales, increase customer acquisition, and improve conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive sales, increase customer acquisition, and improve conversion rates.
  • Monitor website and app performance, identify areas for improvement, and work to implement solutions to enhance user experience and drive conversions.
  • Manage all aspects of the e-commerce website, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and content updates.
  • Assist in the management and publishing of website content, including product listings, images, and promotional materials.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, conversion rate, average order value, and customer retention, and take actions to optimize performance.
  • Analyse sales data and customer behaviour to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, generating and contribute to regular reporting and trade meetings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, merchandising, and IT to execute campaigns and initiatives that drive traffic and sales, while driving site and app enhancements and new features.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and best practices, ensure we are following best practices.
  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure the smooth operation of the e-commerce business.
  • Stay up-to-date on e-commerce technologies, platforms, and tools, and make recommendations for enhancements and improvements.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to senior leaders on e-commerce performance, opportunities, and challenges.

About You:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Ecommerce Trading Manager who has a proven track record in e-commerce management, preferably in a retail or consumer goods industry.
