Austin Rose Associates is seeking a Tax Assistant or Semi Senior to join their Tax department in Central London. The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of MS Office, especially Word and Excel, and experience with Income Tax, Capital Gains Tax, and Inheritance Tax. Key responsibilities include managing a portfolio of private clients, dealing with HMRC, and preparing Trust and Estate Returns as well as Corporation Tax. The successful candidate will have knowledge of CCH Personal Tax, Alphatax, and CCH Practice Management. **Key Responsibilities:**

* Manage a portfolio of private clients, including individuals, sole traders, partnerships, and trusts
* Deal with HMRC as required by email, letter, and telephone
* Prepare Trust and Estate Returns as well as Corporation Tax
* Have a good working knowledge of MS Office, especially Word and Excel
* Have knowledge of CCH Personal Tax, Alphatax, and CCH Practice Management

**Requirements:**
