">The estimated salary for this role is £12.78 per hour weekdays and £13.78 per hour weekends, with a contracted 18 hours per week.
">Job Description
">This role involves providing night care assistance to our clients, ensuring their safety and well-being during the night shift.
">As the most senior person on site during your night shift, you will be responsible for taking charge in the event of any emergencies and keeping wakeful watch on the security and safety of our residents and the scheme in general.
">You will work alongside other team members who are passionate about providing care, warmth, and kindness to all those who live and work in our schemes.
">Required Skills and Qualifications
">To be successful in this role, you will need previous experience of either caring for a vulnerable individual or working in a residential care setting.
">You will also need to be comfortable in taking charge, good at communicating with people, compassionate, and have a can-do approach.
">A Diploma/NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent is desirable, but not essential.
