About the Role

University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (UCLH) is seeking a skilled and experienced clinician to join our Urgent Treatment Centre (UTC) team as an Emergency Practitioner. As a key member of our clinical team, you will provide high-quality, evidence-based care to patients presenting with acute undifferentiated and undiagnosed conditions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work as an independent, autonomous practitioner providing consistent high-quality, timely, patient-centred care.
  • Utilise expert diagnostic and clinical skills to provide autonomous, unscheduled medical care and management of a diverse range of patients.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements

  • Registered Level 1 Nurse with the NMC or, HCPC Registered Paramedic or Physiotherapist.
  • Minor Injuries qualification accredited at level 6 or above.
  • Advanced Physical Assessment qualification at level 6 or above.
  • X Ray interpretation (IRMER).
  • Interpretation of images (Red Dot Course).
